Yemi Eniade

Mr. Yemi Eniade is a highly accomplished Marine Engineer, Defence and Security Professional, and Project Management Specialist with over two decades of international experience across the maritime, defence, oil and gas, engineering, health and safety, and security sectors.

A qualified Marine Engineering Mechanic Officer Class (MEMOC), he served with distinction in the British Royal Navy, gaining extensive expertise in marine propulsion, vessel engineering, maintenance management, asset integrity, marine safety, operational readiness, logistics, and risk management. His military career established a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, operational resilience, and complex problem-solving. In 2012, he received the Queen Elizabeth Award for outstanding and diligent service in the Armed Forces.

He has held professional roles and delivered projects with internationally recognised organisations including BAE Systems, L3Harris Technologies, the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), NATO Headquarters in Brussels and Mons, Belgium, and Leidos. His experience spans engineering support, defence and security operations, technical project delivery, systems maintenance, logistics, contract administration, and strategic operational planning.

He possesses strong expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, risk management, engineering operations, and the delivery of complex technical and infrastructure projects within highly regulated and demanding environments.

His professional development includes training at the Defence College of Management, Royal Navy School of Marine Engineering, Royal Navy School of Survivability, and Royal Navy Leadership School, Wales, further strengthening his capabilities in strategic leadership, engineering management, crisis response, operational resilience, and organisational performance.
