Olusola Ajisafe

Olusola Ajisafe graduated from University of Lagos with a BSc (Hons) in political science in 2011 and had his master’s in marketing from Ulster University UK in 2015. He’s with cognitive experience in Emergency Service Operations, Logistics and Administration with landmark achievements saving lives and properties within and outside Lagos Metropolis.

He’s competent in Operations planning, Business Management, Command and Control, Inter-Agency Liaison, Public Relations and Advocacy, Budget Management, Performance Management, Cost Management, Contract Management Operational Framework Development, Schedule Management, Route Planning, Inventory Management, Training, Data Analysis, Basic HSE, and People Management.  

Prior to joining Signext Energy Nigeria Limited in 2020, He Managed over 100 Million Naira monthly operational budget with focus on strategic implementation of a resilient emergency service in Lagos. He also Increased operational  cost-effectiveness by 40% through compliance enforcement and implementation of a rigorous control system. He Introduced various staff retention and motivation strategies which has reduced staff turnover by 25% (2018 Q4 vs 2019 Q1 Employee Attrition statistics)

Olusola is a strong advocate for hard work and resilience in archieving a given task and there’s never anything difficult to archieve in his dictionary. He is always keen on safety towards continuous business support, geared towards operational efficiency and resource control through different trainings which he has acquired through his journey as a seasoned professional. He’s a trained Fire Marshal and Risk assessment person, First Aider, Advanced and Defensive Driving course trainee to mention a few.
