Habeeb Sulaimon

Mr. Sulaimon specialises in talent development, performance management, workforce planning, HR analytics and data management.  

Drawing on academic foundations in Psychology and Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, he integrates a people-centric approach with analytical and commercial insight to develop capable teams, enhance employee performance and inform management decision-making.  

He has implemented HR initiatives that strengthen organisational structure, accountability, employee development and workforce visibility. His contributions include the design of career progression frameworks, KPI and performance scorecards, job analyses, role profiles, employee development programmes, compliance procedures and centralised HR systems.  

He is experienced in training professionals and facilitating HR and management development, routinely translating workforce data into actionable insights for planning and operational decisions. Through these coordinated efforts, he enables organisations to optimise talent utilisation, enhance employee engagement and establish more effective and sustainable people-management practices.  

Currently undertaking an M.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at the University of Lagos, Mr Sulaimon holds ACIPM membership and certifications in HR Business Partnership, HR Metrics and Analytics, Performance Management, Payroll Administration and Career Coaching.
