Abidemi Bankole

Mr. Abidemi Bankole is a distinguished oil and gas professional with over 34 years of comprehensive experience in the industry. His career spans a broad spectrum of roles, having progressed from the ground up in the oil and gas sector. Mr. Bankole has extensive expertise in Well Services and well construction, gained through pivotal positions with leading multinational companies including Shell, BJ Services, Halliburton, and Baker Hughes.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bankole has overseen Pressure Pumping operations across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa, with significant contributions in Gabon, Congo, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, and Chad. His responsibilities have encompassed business expansion, personnel management, and enhancing profitability within these regions.

Prior to his tenure at Signext Energy Nigeria Limited, Mr. Bankole served as the Vice President of Operations at Geoplex Drillteq Limited, where he was instrumental in establishing and expanding the company’s Pressure Pumping services, including Cementing, Coiled Tubing, Wellbore Cleanout, and Completions.

A dedicated member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Mr. Bankole has also authored several notable publications in the field. His extensive experience and leadership continue to drive innovation and success at Signext Energy Nigeria Limited.
